Shipping policy

DELIVERY

All orders are shipped from Poland via UPS and include a tracking number.

Shipping rates:

• Poland (UPS Standard): 20 PLN
• Europe (UPS Standard): 25 EUR

Orders for in-stock products are usually prepared for shipment within 3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

• Poland: up to 2 business days after dispatch
• Europe: delivery times vary depending on destination country and local carrier operations

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs procedures, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or force majeure events.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the customer will receive tracking information by email.

Wszystkie zamówienia wysyłane są z Polski za pośrednictwem UPS i otrzymują numer śledzenia przesyłki.

Przygotowanie zamówienia dla produktów dostępnych w magazynie zajmuje zwykle do 3 dni roboczych.

Szacowany czas dostawy:

• Polska: do 2 dni roboczych od momentu nadania
• Europa: czas dostawy zależy od kraju docelowego oraz lokalnego przewoźnika

Podane terminy dostawy mają charakter orientacyjny i mogą ulec wydłużeniu z przyczyn niezależnych od STANISSED, w tym z powodu procedur celnych, opóźnień przewoźnika, dni wolnych od pracy, warunków pogodowych lub działania siły wyższej.

W przypadku zamówień wysyłanych poza Unię Europejską mogą zostać naliczone cła, podatki importowe lub inne opłaty administracyjne. Koszty te są ustalane przez lokalne organy administracyjne i ponosi je klient.

Po nadaniu przesyłki klient otrzyma wiadomość e-mail z numerem śledzenia.
